Disposable Vape Recycling Scheme
In response to the UK Government’s call for vaping brands to address the environmental impact of disposable vapes, Kenzo is taking action.
To achieve this, we have partnered with the sustainability solutions provider, Veolia, which is one of only a handful of Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities (AATF) that can recycle vape products effectively.
Together, we have launched an industry-leading national vape recycling initiative that aims to prevent used vapes from ending up in landfills or littering our streets by recycling their components and returning them to the manufacturing supply chain.
Our programme provides vapers with an environmentally-friendly and convenient way to recycle disposable vapes, addressing a growing concern among users on how to dispose of vapes properly. We are committed to leading the way in sustainable vaping and encourage others in the industry to join us in our efforts.
In addition to vape components being recycled, non-recyclable elements can still be used to produce renewable energy. This can then be used to generate energy used to heat homes.
This Vape Recycling Scheme is the very first of its kind in the UK and allows you to drop off your used vapes at your local store to be recycled. And not just Totally Wicked vapes either – we’ll recycle any brand of vape bought from any other retailer too.
